Roadside Services Towing of NWA

Local AAA guy saved the day. We were waiting for another tire guy that was being sent our way. They took 1.5 hours and when we called it was games about when they would be here and quoted another hour minimum. Asked the AAA guy 20’ away if he could help since he was finishing his other job and he happily agreed to do so. Thank you, greatly appreciated AAA!!!

Kyle M was amazing! He was very quick to come to the rescue. Super nice and personable. Very knowledgeable and professional. I sure hope if I need roadside assistance again he’s the one to respond.

I had to get a tow after I hit a deer this morning. I had Zach as my tow driver and he was amazing. Very personable, I was very comfortable, he took great care of us and made sure we were well taken care of. Was very fast, precise, and professional. I wanted to give him a tip but unfortunately I didn't have cash on me. But this man deserves a raise, I always have wonderful experience with this company and highly recommend them. Thank you Zach, for taking such great care of us this morning!!!

I had a very disappointing experience with this roadside service company. The driver was extremely unprofessional, rude, and made us feel uncomfortable and disrespected during the entire interaction. As a Hispanic family, we genuinely felt we were treated differently because of our ethnicity. There was also very poor communication on their end regarding the documents needed for service. We were never clearly informed ahead of time that proof of ownership for the vehicle would be required, which caused unnecessary confusion and frustration during an already stressful situation. Customer service should be respectful, professional, and clear, especially in roadside emergencies when people are already under pressure. Unfortunately, this experience reflected very poorly on the company. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves both their communication and customer service practices.

had an outstanding experience with my tow truck driver Mr. Xzavian Jackson today. He arrived ahead of schedule, which was a huge relief, and from the moment he stepped out of the truck he was incredibly polite and respectful. It’s clear he’s a trained professional who takes pride in his work. He handled everything quickly, safely, and with a great attitude. In a unfortunate situation, his professionalism made all the difference. I truly appreciate the exceptional service and highly recommend AAAand especially Mr. Jackson to anyone needing assistance on the road!! Thank you.
